Everything starts with clear communication. I help you how you can tell in contact with yourself what is going on with you and what you need. During your training you also learn to receive the other person’s message calmly, so that you can then discuss very clearly how everyone’s needs can be met. Without filling in the other person’s needs, in a positive and efficient way.
During the training you discover in a relaxed way and in contact with yourself:
- How to express yourself to another; to name what it is really about
- Preventing you from filling in things for someone else, causing miscommunication
- You learn to receive messages from another
- You learn to discuss together how to solve the problem in a positive and efficient way
