“As the linchpin in the web and Nicole’s right hand, I am the point of inquiry for customers and colleagues. And because I’m good with numbers, I’m also responsible for financial administration. Creating order and overview, monitoring tasks and organizing are in my blood. I enjoy working as part of a team in a company that has an eye for people. And where you are not a number, where you are in charge of your own tasks and responsibilities, where you can contribute ideas and where there is warmth and where you can be who you are. I have found my niche within BMWE. It really feels like a ‘home’ here.”
