Rapid and expert trauma care and/or victim assistance
For example, after a robbery, (industrial) accident, death or confrontation with violence, BMWE provides rapid and expert trauma care and/or victim assistance to organizations and employees. TNO research has shown that employees are demonstrably worse off and more likely to be sick for long periods of time if traumatic experiences are not treated properly.Trauma care at BMWE is aimed at preventing post-traumatic stress disorder or other long-term symptoms, such as attrition.
