For many years I have worked successfully from a social profession in a business environment. I consciously chose this balance and feel comfortable and satisfied with it.
With an involved and empathetic attitude, I manage to reliably and safely represent the interests within the triangular relationship of client, employer and employee. In doing so, I rely on my systemic knowledge and expertise, following what a team, client or individual serves and needs. I communicate this directly and clearly with a practical and constructive attitude.
