Accessible, honest, decisive

“As an employee and as an employer in various (non)profit organizations, I have personally experienced how important a socially safe work environment is. And how important it is to be able to develop yourself in service of the company and in service of yourself. I use this knowledge and experience within BMWE to help people move forward. Sometimes small interventions can help when someone drops out or threatens to drop out. By allowing people to look at their situation differently, insight is created. Acting from that insight can lead to relief. I grant every employer the opportunity to have employees receive preventive guidance in order to prevent them from dropping out. That can prevent a lot of suffering (and costs).”
