Dealing with different types of loss can be a challenge for everyone. It may be the loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship, a home, health, a dream or even a sense of security and stability. BMWE offers a variety of ways to support learning to cope with different types of loss:
- Individual treatment: If the loss is too great to handle alone, it may be helpful to seek help from a professional therapist. A therapist can help in understanding emotions and feelings and can support in finding an appropriate way to shape the loss into life;
- Peers Group: Peers can understand each other in what you are going through and can be a valuable source of support and understanding;
- Loss and grief training for HR staff and executives.
A training course aimed at giving HR staff and managers more tools on how to engage in conversation with employees who are (or have been) dealing with loss and grief.
